CUSTOMER CARE
At our store, we value our customers and strive to provide them with the best service possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for a long time. That's why we have a store policy that covers returns, exchanges, warranties, and repairs. Here are some of the main points of our policy:
- You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. You will need to show your receipt and a valid ID.
- You can get a full refund or store credit for your return, depending on your preference. If you paid with a credit card, we will refund it to the same card. If you paid with cash, we will give you cash back or store credit.
- You can exchange any item for another item of equal or lesser value. If the item you want is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
- Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, such as gift cards, personalized items, clearance items, and opened or used products.
- All our products come with a one-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your product malfunctions or breaks within one year of purchase, you can bring it to our store for a free repair or replacement. You will need to show your receipt and the warranty card that came with the product.
- If your product needs a repair after the warranty period, you can still bring it to our store and we will try to fix it for a reasonable fee. We will give you an estimate of the cost and time before we start the repair.
